Peak season (Mangsir, Magh, Falgun) books four to six months ahead. If your date is in that window, message us today rather than next week.

02  Before you write

Quick answers.

Count the functions you want photographed, not the days on the calendar. A mehendi and a wedding day is two. Add a reception and it is three. Add an engagement or a haldi and it is four. If the mehendi finishes at midnight and the wedding starts at 6am, that is still two days — we do not charge for the gap. Send us the schedule on WhatsApp and we will tell you which tier fits rather than selling you the next one up.

Most Nepali weddings are booked by one household — the bride's side or the groom's side — and the other family hires their own studio. Every tier is priced for one side. Sambandha covers both households with a single crew, so the haldi, the janti and the reception all come back in one colour grade instead of two albums that do not match. It works out cheaper than two separate bookings.

All listed prices are exclusive of 13% VAT. A PAN/VAT invoice is issued for every booking — useful if your company is covering a corporate shoot. Ask us for a tax invoice when you book.

A 25% advance confirms the date; the balance is due on the final day of coverage. Peak season (Mangsir, Magh, Falgun) books out four to six months ahead, so earlier is safer.

Some things are
easier spoken.

If you would rather talk it through — dates clashing, a family split across two households, a venue with no road access — the studio line is open Monday to Saturday.
